IE Compatibility View
Unfortunately, at the time of this posting ARMS is not compatible with the most current version of Internet Explorer. This can cause issues when saving, searching, and in the User Admin areas. This screencast will walk you through the steps to easily put Internet Explorer version 11 into compatibility view so that ARMS will continue to function properly.
If you’re using and ARMS and something isn’t working the way it is supposed to, try adding af.mil to your compatibility view settings before creating a ticket with the FAS.
Also note that IE10 is not compatible with ARMS as well.
If you’re using IE10, try this article written by Kansas State University on how to enable compatibility mode.
Also, if you don’t care about internet browsing standards, and how newer other sites look and function across the internet, you can always contact the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and ask to have IE9 loaded on your machine. IE9 is compatible with ARMS, and still compatible with most sites at this time of this tutorial…like this site you’re viewing now!
None at this time.
